  • First trip for the year was Coron, Palawan. I’ve always wanted to come here and compare its sister destination, Puerto Princesa. I must say that each has its own charm. I’ve always wanted to escape and Coron was the perfect break I needed in the middle of a hectic corporate schedule.

    #6: Say what, Angkor Wat!

If I had a superpower it would be visiting all the places I sketch on my palm – in an instant!

But then I will be going to Cambodia in May so maybe it’s not far from reality. 😉

  • Coron, 2013. Something so tiny from above can be something beautiful too.

  • 2012. The year that was. The month of August had been eventful and my trusty journal was the only non-living witness to it. I got myself a new set of pages to keep me company throughout this year.

First trip in 2013. Coron didn’t fail me; my eyes didn’t deceive me. Nature in this part of the country is just sublime. I was in awe.

  • Umberto

The first goal I wrote for 2012 was “Learn how to ride a bicycle”.

Then came Umberto, the very first bike I owned and learned to ride last year. I guess it’s never too late to do something for the first time.

Here’s to many new exciting things to learn in 2013!

  • On the last day of December 2011, I made a list of the things that I wanted to accomplish in 2012. Upon checking the list tonight, I realized that I haven’t even crossed out half of the list. It doesn’t mean though that I failed myself as I experienced unexpected things and met wonderful people this year instead. I know that sometimes, life is unfair; but this year for me, life is full of surprises.

  • In less than sixty days I am going back to this place. This time Coron. I told you I’ll come back.
